Services & Rates

Sessions can be virtual or in-person

Individual Counselling

Counselling for men and women to address issues including anger management, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, grief and loss, work/life balance, workplace issues and stress management.

Couples

Relationship or marriage counselling to address chronic conflict, separation/divorce,
infidelity, and/or to help improve communication and enhance intimacy/sexuality.

Also available are premarital counselling and “marital tune-ups”.

Families

Family counselling to improve communication, explore effective parenting strategies,
assist with adjustment to divorce and/or blended families and help with resolution of
parent-teen conflict.

Children

Counselling may also involve individual work with children or adolescents on issues of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger management and adjustment to divorce or blended families.

Payment

Counselling/psychotherapy is billed at $190/hour (including HST), payable by cash, credit or debit.

The cost of professional psychological services may be reimbursable through the Extended Medical Benefits plan provided by your employer.

The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) does not cover private counselling services.
