We dive into several topics including Covid-19.
As a mental health practitioner I care deeply about the health and wellness of my clients. The Covid-19 pandemic has far reaching implications for all of us. In order to help minimize the spread of the virus and to abide by health authority guidelines, I will not currently be offering in-office appointments. However, I will continue to provide sessions through telephone or video conferencing. All prebooked times will proceed as scheduled, and new sessions can be booked at your convenience. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
